I loved the beautiful rooms! Everything was clean and decorated wonderfully. I especially loved the neighborhood it was in. There were not a lot of tourists, a lot of locals, and cool vintage shops. I will definitely go again with my husband.
I did not like that there was no tourist information at the hotel. Also, it is only manned by a one care-taker, and he is not always there if you need help.

I loved the spacious and beautiful apartment with high beamed ceilings. It created a romantic and cozy atmosphere for our escape. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from major attractions and surrounded by charming cafes and restaurants. having access to supermarkets and shops nearby made it convenient for us to explore and enjoy the city at our own pace.
There were a few aspects that could have been better. Communication with the property was not so good and it would have been helpful to have a book or manual with information about the property.

In fact the Orlando palace offers apartments for rent - the penthouse suite was a nice shiny flat with high ceilings and a balcony to relax and take sun bathes in the mornings. I guess the lower flats might not be so sunny as this is a typical well-styled building where the opposite windows are a couple of meters away. The place where Orlando is situated is very lively, with many restaurants, cafes and small food stores nearby, not far from the center and all the attractions. Parking in the area is very complex and expensive, the municipal police are very strict. All the equipment for cooking and kitchenware was available and included into the rent. The host, Federica, is very helpful and assisted in many issues we had - we are very happy we stayed at hers!
The service for optional apartment cleaning during long stays could have been introduced

The apartments at Orlando Palace Apartments in Florence are absolutely fantastic! The rooms are so spacious and comfy, with a kitchen that has everything I needed. I loved having a washing machine in the suite too. The bedrooms are large and cozy, making me feel right at home. And the bathrooms? They are simply stunning with Carrara marble!
Honestly, I can't think of anything negative about Orlando Palace Apartments.

This is a great apartment. However, one should be aware of it's location. It is very difficult to find by car given it is full of one-way streets.Once inside, it is one of the best places I have stayed in Europe. Feels homey and very updated, with a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher.NEver seen that in Europe. A grocery is around the corner next to the Ponte Vecchio so we enjoyed many meals in that apartment.I Highly recommend this way of seeing Firenze. A home away from home. Didn't want to forget to mention the help from Anthony and Nicole who made it a cinch to move in.
No easy parking. Hard to find down one way ancient streets.
